Sponsorship Program 2010

We get 100's of calls and 1000's of emails each year from teams requesting sponsorship or donations and unfortunately as much as we would like to we can not help everyone. What we decided to do is give as many teams as possible an opportunity to wear the highest quality gear at the lowest possible pricing by creating what is known as Sports55 team pricing.

Sports55 offers unique designs and quality not available anywhere else. We are the only uniform manufacture with on line job tracking. Getting a user name and password will allow you to log in and track your order. Since we can't help with travel expenses, league or tournament fee's, in additional to the tremendous savings you will get on uniforms you can also earn money by referring teams from your area as part of our loyalty and rewards program.

The sports55 referral program gives your team the opportunity to earn commissions by promoting sports55 in your area. We also have a large embroidery department, and can do things like golf shirts, company sweatshirts, jackets, or hats. We also do all sublimated products, like fan gear, and even other uniforms like soccer, basketball, and even our newest lacrosse.

In a nutshell if your team is selected you will get uniforms and equipment at our cost in exchange for wearing a dual logo and adding sports55 to the beginning or end of your team name. As you may or may not know artwork is always free at sports55 once you place your order, so our art department will be able to create a "DUAL" logo at no charge featuring your current team name along with sports55. All jerseys are fully sublimated and have moisture control properties customized with sleeve prints last names, whatever. Hats have your logo customized with embroidered 2 color player numbers on back or side or choose our S55 logo. Our pants are the most comfortable pants you will ever wear. Made of a very strong but light weight poly dri material our pants are very, light, breathable, and loose fitting but the strength of the material can stand up to the hardest play you put on them.

This year we will have 2 enrollment periods and 2 different levels of sponsorship. The first enrollment period (Early sign ups is now closed). The second enrollment period will be from Sept 8th through December 31st. During these times teams can apply for the sports55 sponsorship program, by emailing theteam@sports55.com. Give us a brief run down of your team history. It is important since space is limited to know the area that you play in,. If you can give us as much information as possible on your team, and most importantly any information as to what uniforms you have worn in the past and what your experience was. Space is limited and is not guaranteed in any area.

For Level 1 teams, once accepted will be required to give us a contact person, shipping address, and place a $500 refundable deposit down to reserve sports55 Level 1 pricing. This pricing is about 10% off of team package pricing and up to 20-25% % off of retail pricing. .

For Level 2 teams, once accepted you will be required to give us a contact person and place a $1000 refundable deposit down to reserve sports55 Level 2 pricing. This pricing is about 15% off of team package pricing and as much as 30% off of retail pricing. For every $1000 spent on your 2010 order, you will earn $50 in store credit to be used towards add on's, fan gear, or anything you choose. That's a 5% rebate. Level 2 teams will have fast track productions and we guarantee the complete order within 5 weeks of final payment, receipt of sizing, and art approval.

FINE PRINT

The deposit is due upon acceptance into the sponsorship program. The amount of deposit is deducted from your first order. Even if you don't have the players signed, or the sizing ready we can still get going on your artwork and create a logo for 2010. Once you are accepted as a sports55 team you will get a complete price list for any and all options. No artwork is started until team is accepted into the sponsorship program and deposit received.

In addition sports55 will provide your team a free message board. Each month starting in December of 2009 and going through December of 2010, we will draw 1 sports55 team (level 1 or 2) for a free prize valued at $200. This price could typically be a set of hats or fully sublimated team towels, maybe a bat or something special for the team. We will also have additional web pages dedicated to Sports55 Teams, including pictures, tournament results, and possibly much much more.

All sports55 Level 1 teams will receive a sublimated clipboard and 1 Ultimate score book. Level 2 teams will receive 2 sports55 embroidered coaches shirts, a fully sublimated clipboard and 1 ultimate score book.
