Full Sublimation orders are not produced without full payment and artwork approval. Once
designs are approved and jerseys are printed there will be no refunds unless products do
not adhere to Sports55 standards.

Note: There is no other information to provide. Often customers call to ask how
their order is going. We can not provide any other answers then dates for the
following phases. Estimated delivery times are only provided to help with
timeframe of when to order and are not guaranteed. Timeframes can change in
one weeks time. We often provide an estimate for one day and a customer will
not place an order and pay until 2 weeks later. Delivery times can also vary due
order volume.

Phase 1 - (Job Setup) After artwork is approved each jersey in an order must
be created and then set up in a particular file format. We currently can set up
over 200 shirts in one day.

Phase 2 - (Paper Printed) After a job is setup up a different department
prints out the paper for each job. We currently can print nearly 225 jerseys in one day.

Phase 3 - (Fabric Transfered) One the paper is printed the jerseys are transfered
to fabric.

Phase 4 - (Cut & Sew) Date we begin cut and sew process

Phase 5 - (Ship Date)

Once your job has been setup 7 business days is our goal to ship.

Custom Signature Series Pants

Pants are sometimes ordered prior to full payment due to degree of popularity.
Full payment may be required before pants can be ordered. Once custom designed pants
are cut there are no refunds unless products do not adhere to Sports55 standards.

Phase 1 - (Order Received Date) This date is your pants order is submitted to our online
ordering system. Our rep must have colors, design and all sizes of your order.
(2 to 3 days)
Phase 2 - (Fabric Date) Fabric must be ordered and show up at our manufacturing plant. Once
fabric is on hand this date will appear in our system.
(3 to 10 days)
Phase 3 - (Braid Date) If pants require braid the braid must be ordered and be delivered
to our manufacturing plant. Uncommon colored braid can take up to 3 weeks. Most
common color braid is delivered in a few days.
(3 to 15 days this runs concurent to Phase 2)
Phase 4 - (Cut Date) This is the date the pants are cut and prepared for the cut and sew process
(After items are cut they must be sewn together in many steps. There are no updates
during this time frame. Normally pants are 7-17 days in cut & sew depending on the time
of year the pants are being produced)
Phase 5 - (Shipping) At time of shipping we can provide tracking information. Ground shipping
takes 1-5 days

Keep in mind delivery times change during the season due to volume. The best time
to place an order is between May and December. Avg turn time during that period is 3-4 weeks.

Basic & Intermediate Jersey - Sublimation (normal delivery time 2 weeks after art approval)

Basic and Intermediate Sublimation orders are not produced without full payment and

the two week timeframe of order. There is no information to provide with such a short time
frame. Often customers call to get a jobs status, but that will only delay Sports55 in
completing your order. Estimated delivery times are only provided to help with

one weeks time. We often provide an estimate for one day and a customer will

4-5 working days if shirts are not in stock
15 working days if colors are not standard

Phase 2 - Job Preparation
0 days if we have print job before and are using the same logo and colors
1-4 days if we are printing a new job
Phase 3 - Producing the final product 1-2 days.
